Why ConvertKoala?

  • Mark it before you send it

A clear DRAFT or COPY on every page makes it obvious where a document came from and what it is for.

  • Readable underneath

Light and Medium keep the page content easy to read; Strong makes the mark hard to miss.

  • Stamped on your device

The watermark is added in your browser. The document you are protecting is never uploaded anywhere.

  • Free and quick

No account, no page limit, no app. It works on your phone as well as your computer.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone remove the watermark?

It is not easy, but it is possible. The watermark is drawn on each page as an image layer, so it can’t be switched off in a normal PDF reader. A determined person with PDF editing software could still take it out. Think of it as a strong deterrent, not copy protection.

Which positions can I choose?

Diagonal across the page (the default), centered, or small in the bottom-right corner. The same watermark goes on every page of the file.

Does it support Turkish and accented characters?

Yes. Turkish letters such as ç, ğ, ı, İ, ö, ş and ü, and common accented letters like é or ñ, appear exactly as you type them.

Can I use my logo as a watermark?

Not yet. This tool stamps text only. You can type your company or brand name as the watermark instead.

Can I add or edit other text in my PDF?

No. This tool only adds a watermark. It does not change the existing text, and it does not let you place free text anywhere you like on the page.

Is my PDF uploaded to a server?

No. The watermark is added inside your browser, on your own device. Your PDF never reaches our servers. Password-protected PDFs are not supported yet.
