What to write to us about
- Bugs. Something didn’t work? Tell us which tool, which browser and device you used, and what happened. Please don’t attach the file itself; we never need it, and we would rather you kept it private.
- Tool requests. Missing a conversion you need often? Tell us which formats and how you would use it, and we’ll consider it for the next wave of tools.
- Business. Partnerships, press and advertising questions are welcome at the same address.
You can write in English or Turkish. We usually reply within a few working days; there is no ticket system and no bot, just us.
