These terms are short on purpose. By using ConvertKoala you agree to them.
What ConvertKoala is
ConvertKoala is a set of free tools for PDFs, images and GIFs. The tools run in your browser, so the files you pick are processed on your own device and are not sent to us.
Your files
Your files and the results stay yours. We don’t receive them, store them or claim any rights to them. Because nothing is uploaded, we also can’t recover a file for you, so keep your originals.
Using the tools
- Use the tools only for files you have the right to work with, and only for lawful purposes.
- Don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it on purpose or use it to harm others.
- The tools have size limits (for example 50 MB per image and 150 MB per PDF) so that a phone’s browser doesn’t run out of memory.
No warranty
We work hard to make the tools reliable, but they are provided as they are. Check the result before you send or submit an important document. To the extent the law allows, ConvertKoala isn’t liable for losses caused by using the tools or by a result that isn’t what you expected.
Changes
We may add, change or remove tools, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
